DAY 1 / Wednesday, 27 June
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
SQUARE will devote its first day (June 27th, at 3.00 pm) to give “food for thought” through three world-class Keynote Speakers.
And then, the day after, on Thursday, we’ll have the “down to business” program. There will be four sessions, one per segment of the property industry: “resi”, “offices”, “hotels” and “retail + logistics”… plus a session on something common to all such segments: money, that is, there will be a “closing session” on “investment”.
Each one of these sessions will have this structure: 20-25 minutes of “a solo presentation”, then a 30-35-minute debate with two/three bright players from each segment, and then a 15-20 minute very open debate/discussion with the floor, so that attendees will be able to not only ask a question but also, if they feel like, give their opinion or make their own statement (“tiny speech”).

The world is in a huge bubble of everything: stocks, bonds, credit & debt. Bubbles have a tendency to pop. As of now the financial mainstream participants are ignoring that historical fact. Asset valuations are at all-time highs. The financial mainstream is also not aware that the main culprit of these permanent boom and bust cycles is our monetary system, i.e. the way money is created. The presentation provides data which proof that the world is in a bubble in almost every asset class. It also highlights the role central banks played in creating them. It demystifies the mainstream narrative of a “recovery” by the example of the U.S. economy. It shows that the role of debt is not sufficiently understood by mainstream economic theory. It concludes that the coming financials crisis will lead to the collapse of the EURO and the USD. Solid crypto currencies will survive.

DAY 3 / Friday, 29 June
Extended Program
On Friday, June 29th, SQUARE will deliver a “Mediterranean Experience” for those who may want to extend the networking time with their peers.
A little fleet of motor yachts will depart at 1:00 pm from Marina Botafoch to the neighbouring island of Formentera (35 minutes away) to enjoy a couple of unforgettable experiences: bathing in the crystal-clear waters of Illetes beach and lunching with peers at one of the most fashionable spots on the Spanish coasts, “Beso Beach Restaurant”.
The fleet is to return to Ibiza around 6:30 pm.

For those willing to travel to such an appealing place as Ibiza together with his or her “better half”, SQUARE will deliver a special program to experience different aspects of the island, from lunching at an exclusive beach club to go shopping at the Dalias hippy market in San Carlos, or from visiting the lovely little village of Santa Gertrudis, to shopping around the Ibiza “old town”.
