Biography

Rebeca Guzman Vidal is Co-Founder of Curate Real Estate, a next-generation real estate platform known for transforming mixed-use destinations across the UK and Europe and for strategic partnerships in hospitality and retail. Combining operational intelligence with clear-sighted strategic vision, she brings nearly two decades of experience across strategy, development management, and asset management.

Before co-founding Curate, she served as Group Head of Retail Strategy at Chelsfield, shaping retail strategy across portfolios spanning London, Paris, New York, and Asia. She later became a Principal at Bridgemont and a Senior Asset Manager at Royal London Asset Management, leading its retail-led West End portfolio.

Rebeca is a RETHINK Retail Top Retail Expert (2025 & 2026) and, until recently, was co-chair of the ULI European Retail Product Council. She also co-hosted Retail Is Dead, a podcast celebrating the brands, operators, and places reimagining the future of retail through Covid, and plans to launch new content soon.
